Joey Rodgers
Asset Manager

Originally from Arroyo Grande, CA, Joey earned his bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University in Business Administration concentrating in Finance. During this time, he was a member of both the Cross Country & Track teams. He was also a member of the Finance Society, joining as a board member his senior year.

He started his career as an intern at Coastline Real Estate Advisors which is a boutique value-add investment firm focusing on multifamily properties in Los Angeles. After graduating, he joined Coastline full-time in their Asset Management group. Joey gained a wide array of experiences, initially focusing on creating market surveys and extensive project management duties of their capital projects. From there, he worked with the acquisitions team to underwrite and perform due diligence on over 500M of acquisitions. After several acquisitions in 2020, he took over asset management duties of the institutional properties and managed leasing activity, lender reporting, financial review, project management, and long-term strategy of their assets.

At Impact Family Office, he supports clients with their real estate holdings inclusive of financial reporting, leasing activity, capital improvements, and annual budgeting. In addition, he helps with financial review of non-real estate related businesses. While tailored for each client, he keeps a lens for long term growth and appreciation of the assets for decision making purposes.

Outside of the office, Joey enjoys spending his time outside running, cycling, and hiking.
