Felicia Luong Boyd, CPA, MSSE, CLPF
Director of Financial Services

Originally from Oakland, CA, Felicia earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Southern California in Accounting with a minor in International Relations. She started her career at Ernst & Young (EY) in the Financial Services Tax group, working with clients throughout the west coast and Hawaii.  There, she also led colleagues in community engagement and volunteer programs, serving as a liaison between non-profit organizations and EY.

Felicia continued her career in the financial services industry at Canyon Partners, a credit intensive, value oriented, investment firm, where she worked in financial reporting and bank loan operations.

After several years of professional experience, Felicia returned to USC with the desire to mobilize capital towards impact.  She earned her master’s degree in Social Entrepreneurship (MSSE) at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.

Now Felicia works with Impact Family Office supporting clients seeking the alignment of capital resources, overseeing trust accounting, and working with a suite of professionals including attorneys, accountants and investment advisors. She is a California Board Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and California Licensed Professional Fiduciary (CLPF).

Felicia has quickly immersed herself in the Central Coast community. She is an alumnus of the Katherine Harvey Fellows program at Leading from Within and featured in the 2023 Pacific Coast Business Times 40 Under 40. Felicia serves on the Investment Committee of the McCune Foundation and holds an appointed position as 3rd District Commissioner on the Commission of Women of Santa Barbara County.

Outside of the office, Felicia enjoys yoga, golfing, skiing, and traveling with friends, family, her husband Ryan, and her pup Kalua.
