Client Services Manager

Heidi is originally from the Bay Area and graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Business Administration. She has worked in the financial industry for over 17 years, focusing on individual and business client relationships.

At Impact Family Office, Heidi manages several customized client projects, provides financial reporting, communicates and coordinates on behalf of clients. As a Certified Estate and Trust Specialist, she is able to navigate the complexities of a client’s estate, managing and organizing the assets within. This enables her to create the structure for a personalized Bus Book™, a compilation of a client’s financial standing and estate balance sheet that can be accessed immediately, an offering unique to Impact Family Office.

She has enjoyed serving several years on the American Heart Association Leadership Committee and previously served as a Board Member for Santa Barbara Rotary and as an Ambassador for the Goleta Chamber of Commerce. She earned her Certified Estate and Trust Specialist designation from the Institute of Business & Finance.

Heidi lives in Arizona with her husband Tony and their two young daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family outdoors at the pool and the baseball field.
